If your product wrestles with dense information or complex workflows, I can help make it clear, accessible, and measurable.
About me
I am a Content Designer and Strategist (EN/ES) who builds clear, accessible product experiences. My strategy and design work is rooted in hands-on writing. I started as a content and copywriter, and I still write every day. Craft at the sentence level informs the structures I design, from information architecture to templates and patterns.
I thrive in ambiguity and ship in increments. I pair systems thinking with empathetic language so users can find what they need and complete tasks with confidence.
-
Web content writing: service pages, program pages, FAQs, and long-form articles that teach and guide
UX writing: labels, CTAs, error and empty states, helper text, and onboarding
Copywriting: headlines, landing pages, and campaign narratives that move people to act
Bilingual writing (EN/ES): transcreation that keeps intent, tone, and cultural nuance intact
These writing skills shape my strategy and design decisions. They guide how I audit content, define IA and taxonomies, set plain-language and accessibility standards, and create reusable templates that teams can scale.
-
Audit → Structure → Language → Validate.
I inventory content and data, model the IA and content types, apply plain-language UX writing in English and Spanish, and validate with analytics, experiments, and user feedback. I collaborate with UX, engineering, and SMEs, and I document decisions so others can reuse the playbook.
I’m also curious, collaborative, and biased toward action. I take ownership, adapt quickly, and practice intellectual humility, letting evidence and users shape decisions. I care about inclusive language, ethical impact, and a sense of play, while building systems that make good choices the default. -
Writing foundation: content writing, UX writing, and persuasive copy across web and campaigns
Content Strategy: IA and taxonomy, content modeling, governance, and measurement
Content Design: patterns for headings, summaries, forms, error and empty states, and task-first CTAs
Accessibility: WCAG-aligned structure, readability, alt text and link purpose
Experimentation: baselines, hypotheses, and lightweight A/B tests

I am actively learning how AI and ML can strengthen content work. I use modern tools to cluster topics, propose taxonomies, draft plain-language variants, and generate accessibility helpers such as alt text suggestions and link-purpose checks. I also prototype content linting rules, summarize stakeholder interviews, and explore quick A/B copy ideas, always with human review, ethical guardrails, and measurable validation.
